New Routine
I think I've got a better idea how to design a routine better than I have in the past yet it would be nice to get some opinions on my new one. It will be Pull/Push/Legs. I will use my old routine for second day loading.
Pull: Cable Rows Pull-ups Shrugs Face Pulls Preacher Curl Push: Barbell Bench Press Military Press Weighted Dips Cable Crossover Legs: Squats Deadlift DB Lunge Good Mornings Standing Calf Raise Suggestions? |

variables? all i see are exercises on a page. that is not a routine.
