Focus more on your diet, it is more important for body fat loss.

Today I can do what others will not so that tomorrow I will do what others cannot.

The difference between winners and losers is that winners do things that losers don't want to do.

I think diet is probably more important - the body adjusts to so well to cardio. I only do about 1 session a week but regulate my weight with diet. Having said all that - I'm not as big as you!

I'm 34 - when am I officially an old fart?

Eating to few carbs makes it tough to hold onto that lean body mass you fought to so hard to attain!

I still believe diet is the key. If you are buring carbs due to a busy lifestyle, try really regulating it (100 here and there) to see how it affects you. Most importantly, if you are having a quiet day (like a day off) go easy on the carbs if not training. Thats all I can offer - the PTs on here know more and I should think there are some diet stickies.
