Just did HIIT i think
i did on stationary bike.
for first 5 minute i just went moderate speed then for 1 minute went as fast i could go then next minute when moderate and so on until 15 minutes. was this good and did i do it correctly? |

i dont like stationary bikes really because they usually dont get to the resistance i want in time...
Spink bikes have the knob on the top that you can adjust quickly and feel the tension quickly besides waiting for the machine to get there. Treadmills, typically are faster for gtting to speeds/resistances then stationary bikes. Treadmill also pools alot more of the blood to the legs and you born more calories as well HIIT can also be preformed by supersetting with weights.

I like to do HIIT at home on the bike (the ones with a free adjusting resistance knob) every so often, but I wouldn't recommend doing it on a treadmill. It doesn't seem practical to try to sprint on a treadmill.
