split routine help sore bis from back day

monday: chest/delts/abs
tuesday: quads/hams/calves
wednesday: off
thursday: lats/traps/low back/abs
friday: bis/tris/forearms/calves
saturday: 0ff
sunday: off

I am using this split routine and after thursday-back day my biceps are sore from rowing. Now today ive got to do arms with sore biceps. What should i do? Has anyone else had this problem with this split?

just change the split days around. something like:
monday-back/traps
tuesday-chest/abs
wed-off
thursday-legs
friday-shoulders/arms

this way you would always have at least 2 days rest between doing your arms and doing the push and pull exercises.

just a suggestion
