I know it's importnat for fat burning, but I heard that too much of it can make u lose your muscle....

I was running on the treadmile for 2 weeks now 3 times a day....but I think I did too much that now my chins hurt....

my question is:

how should I do it, I dont want to lose my muscles....

should I keep runnign 3 times a week but one day doa lot but the other 2 minimal..???

3 times a WEEK is fine. 3 times a DAY is absolutely not fine.

If your shins are hurting, you should probably wait until they recover before running again. Make sure you are stretching well before and after your cardio, as well as warming up before and after.

if you shins are hurting you then your running mechanics more than likely suck.

If it's you chins that hurt during running, then you definately need to cut the beef.

I know what you are saying, but 3 times a day maybe fine as well. This just depends on where your caloric levels are at. If your in a deficit anyways and you decide to do some more running then yes you maybe tapping into that lbm.

1st I suggest buying a mouth guard if your chins hurt when you run. Your probably grinding your teeth and causing your "chins" to be sore.

Thats gotta be me. I dont even walk normally. When I walk, it looks like I slam my feet down on each step, particulariarly my toe line.

I dont know how to walk differently.

damn chin splints are the worst....

I do my best to focus on the task at hand, and give 100% in what I'm doing at the time. Nothing else matters except the task at hand.

when I start getting shin splints (the technical term to what you're referring to) I know it's time to buy better shoes. It might be that you are smacking down on 2 year old shoes. I usually buy new shoes about every 8-10 months. Until the pain subsides, try cycling on a recumbent bike via HIIT training.
