Cutting: CARDIO???????
I know it's importnat for fat burning, but I heard that too much of it can make u lose your muscle....
I was running on the treadmile for 2 weeks now 3 times a day....but I think I did too much that now my chins hurt.... my question is: how should I do it, I dont want to lose my muscles.... should I keep runnign 3 times a week but one day doa lot but the other 2 minimal..??? I also started skipping... |

3 times a WEEK is fine. 3 times a DAY is absolutely not fine.

if you shins are hurting you then your running mechanics more than likely suck.

If it's you chins that hurt during running, then you definately need to cut the beef.

I know what you are saying, but 3 times a day maybe fine as well. This just depends on where your caloric levels are at. If your in a deficit anyways and you decide to do some more running then yes you maybe tapping into that lbm.
