Workout split question
Hi,
This question is for those who have done a full body workout (3 days/week) and an upper/lower split (also 3 days/week). I've been doing a full body 3 days/week for a few months and was thinking of changing it up and going to an upper/lower split (U-L-U one week and L-U-L the next). Was just wondering how it went for those who have gone from one to another and which you preferred. Thanks...
