help with my routine

This is my routine.

i do core 5x a week mon-thurs and then on saturday
boxing on tues, thurs, and sat.
cardio 3x a week mon weds and fri
and I do BW excercises everyday when ever i have time. example if watching tv ill do some Bw excercises.

how could I squeeze in 3 days of full body weight routine?

Unless you are a full time athlete and have all day to train, eat and sleep you will have to drop some of what you are doing.

You need to ask yourself what do I want to accomplish? What is your main goal?

That boxing your doing ... what strength training does your coach require?

That says nothing danny ... lol ... I meant what specifically is getting done during strength training. What core strength exorcises do you do and how much? Be detailed ... include the exorcise done, the duration, and the frequency.
