Ideal fml workout regime

Hi. I'm just wondering if anyone has an opinion on what an 'ideal' workout regime ( and maybe diet ) would look like for a fml.

I realise this will vary from person to person but if any one wants to say what theyy think it would comprise of or look like, then, once I check out your profile,.. that would help me make some more informed choices..

Thanx..

ideal workout? There is no such thing as a totally idea workout. Things change and you adapt. You have to know how to change with them. Everything will work for a certain period of time.

You have not listed your goals, so there is no way to know where to start.

Judging from the question though, I would say you have never worked out before.

Start with a base level phase of total body workouts and learn basic exercises like

squatting
chin ups
push ups
rowing
RDL

then progress from there.

oooh.. Lol ....

really realllly loud.. but quietly if one can manage.. ..

...okay. so I'm kind of eying off as I come back into recovery mode shooting for the guiness book of world records fittest person title.. ..since for most of my life I natuurally just kind of end up that fit anyway . However,..,.. I was also just wondering what other ppl here thought that an acceptable or optimum routine looked like in a partner over 20.. or for women posting here ( and props and grasi for the very cool photo gallery! ) maybe what they themselves were hoping to structure it to look like as something maintainable and to sell a partner a lifestyle on....

i'm 32 in 2 weeks,.. practically ( but not quite ) Desperate and enouugh so
to ask you all what you think and be prepared enough to work and to totally consider what you say...

Maybe a loaded question.

..what I'm really asking since most of the members here are men,.. is what you guys ideally would like to see from your partners ..like longterm.. longterm indefinately.. as a ..situation to ... plan to ...be able to accept and facilitate and deal with indefinately,..and if what Iiii'm planning is much far out from out that.

Gods be honest and sue me.
