Do you train with a partner?
I've tried it both ways, and prefer the solo route. It lets me get in and out, plus I don't have to work with anyones schedule but my own. On the other hand I had to change things up a bit, and watch how hard I push myself on certain things.
What do you do? |

I generally workout alone although I have worked out with a partner from time to time.

I only lift alone. I put on my music and block out the rest of the world. Nothing exist but me, and the weight I lift.

No, I like the focus of lifting by yourself. Plus, I lift at random, inconvenient(for others) times.
