suggest a forearm routine plz
Hey, I'm trying work my forearms with maximum intensity. I never really worked them up to this year, but now I want to really concentrate on them and make them shine.
So far I'm only doing pull-ups with palms facing away, and standing forearm curls. I'm considering getting that bar+rope+weight thing so I could work them at home. I really want them to stand out! Help! |

I live in the city, so rock climbing is kind of not an option. I do have a pullup bar in my appt. could I put that to good use? Towel pullups maybe?

That lever thing by ironmind looks freaking great. Anybody own one? Is it as effective as they claim?

I have got my best forearm results with Farmers Walks, and the grip strength is a benefit.
