I wanna make a poll to see howmany people can touch their shoulders. put your arms by your side and bring your arms up like you'd be curling and see if you can touch your front delts. my hands come around 5" away from them.
so can you? |

I need to see a pic to believe it. I'd imagine your wrists would have to be pretty inflexible to not be able to touch your shoulder.

Just barely. My index finger grazes my front delt and my middle finger gets into the groove between the delt and pec.

Large hands and long fingers helps me to barely touch. If I hold that position and let my bi's relax and I can get a good bit closer. Doesn't feel really great though.
Now stretch your arms straight out from the side of your body and look down them like gun barrels. Can you get any hyper-extension? |

Rest the sides of your hands ... like a hammer fist ... against your temples then push. If you don't get it then start including this in your stretching routines. Your toooooo tight.

Sorry, but you knew it was coming. on a more serious note though, i tried this out (not the sucking), i got some of my guy and girl friends to do a slight variation of this (instead of having your elbows in front of you have them to your side and try to lay your hands on your shoulders with stright wrists) and found that all of the guys no matter the size of their biceps could not do this with a straight wrist whereas all of the girls could. my question now is do girls have naturally longer *cough* arm bones (i do not know their technical name) or is this just the size of the bicep.
WHY?.....
