hi all, wanna try HIT been reading a bit from net & John Philbin's HIT training book. history: been training low volume sets so far. (eg. 3 sets of each ex 8 to 12 reps for bench press) some questions 1) issit better to train fullbody workout or split bodyworkout? sample split workout from here : Bodybuilding.com - Zach Lewis - HIT It Hard: My Experience With The HIT Program! my sample HIT workout attached. 2) trg on non consecutive days is ok rite? eg. mon wed fri instead of wat waitn for every 4 to 6 days? cause my work schedule dun really allow it. 3) diet wise, wat should i tweak? more carbs or more protein or less carbs etc? 4) where can I find links tat tell me which part of an exercise is a positive & or negative, certain exercises like bench press are easy to tell but wat bout stuff like squats (going down is negative, up is positive rite? deadlift? etc) 5) For deadlift, can be done 3x under this system or more recovery for it? |

I would recommend to an intermediate Arthur Jones fullbody HIT two workouts a week for 6 weeks. Change the exercises every 2 weeks. Just my HIT advice.
