Cutting Question
i cut last year and lost 45 lbs. but i started out all fat all over.
now i am ready to cut again but i have probably 25-30 more lbs of muscle then i did last time i cut. is there anything specific i should do this time around to not lose ANY muscle at all? and my stats are different ignore them
I do what I do because I love it
