I need a device....

BODYBUILDING SUPPLEMENTS

I walk a ton at work, around the shop and all over. I'm curious if there is a device I could put in my pocket or some such thing that would record how much I am walking.

Does such a thing exist??

the more you spend the more accurate it will be. I get free ones every so often and they usually only pick up every second or third step...

I'm 34 - when am I officially an old fart?

oh shit....how many steps to a mile. I suppose that depends on the persons height and then stride distance as well. Oh boy this could involve math and formulas, two things I love.
