I do some form of higher intensity cardio twice per week, and another day of moderate intensity steady state cardio. I also do a Hell of a lot of walking.

The only time it's bad to feel the burn is when you're peeing...

Ok, I've lost about 25lbs over the last 12 weeks and I've found that the elliptical trainer is the most efficient way to burn calories.

I was originally doing the cycle machine and would burn around 300 in 40 mins...then I discovered the elliptical and burn 300 in about 18 mins!

I do 22 mins in the morning b4 breakfast and then another 22 or 33 in the evening couple hours after dinner.

Like I said, good diet and elliptical every day and I've seen good results.

In terms of intensity of training, I do a 5 minute cycle, 1st min low intensity, then gradually build up each minute to maximum intensity, then start cycle again.
