Jump Ropes!
I just added jump ropes to my training regimen
and man these things are no joke!Last year, I worked my way up to 10-15mins non stop jumping but stopped and now I'm stuck doing sets of 50jumps x 5 (with 30secs rest inbetween each set). I know consistency is the key, but my question is, whats the best way to familiarize myself with the boxers shuffle? (you know, the one you jump with one leg and alternate--ROCKY STYLE!!) Anytime I try doing this I either fall, trip or do 1-2 jumps before I trip up!
