How to get peaks on bi's?

Asking for my good friend. 38 yrs old, trains 5-6 days a week past 20yrs.
His genetics make him a little heavy, but it looks ok on him.
He's always after the peaks i got but then im thin.
I suggested when he curls, keep the bicep part of arm angled back so he's pullin all the way up till he cant go no more unlike when he does preacher curls - the weights are of bi's once your up.

His stats..uses 100 or so for bi's, 225 incline, flat, ect bench, does cardio, squats, everything.

Angle arms so its pullin all the way up for peaks right?

Perhaps if he cut down some body fat, by comparison, it might look more peaked?

Dont get me wrong, he's pretty dam fit. Jogs down the street with his wife on back when we go for a run around the block sometimes heh.

Was just asking if angling arm so the weight is still pulling when you reach the top would help pop the peak out. I think it does but wanna ask the experts that been there done that.

The absolute best peak workout I have ever done is with cables. As doing a double bi pose, but keep the cabes a little high, therefore when you pull inward you also pull down. Pretty good range of motion, and burns like hell. Like I said this is just the best I have done...

thanks chris. thats kinda the same effect im talking about since its still pulling when arms close.

i remeber in highschool weightroom they had that inclined table that moves your weight as you pull cables and man youre right. That thing burned and gave a great pump to arms. im gonna tell him try the cables. how many reps?

youre funny P. i gotta know why it hurts your head? you dont think keeping resistance till arms closed makes a difference? its gotta be hittin the muscle different then if none once closed. Im just lookin for opinions before i have the big guy try a lil different routine.

how can you get a 'peak' by moving your arms closer? This is physiologically impossible and it is bb'er anecdotal nonsense. my brain hurts because you guys are talking about it like it is a serious thing.

lift weights, eat, your genetics will dictate how your muscles look. you can't change that.

Use a preacher bench, but start the curl with your palm facing down like a reverse or drag curl, and as you go through the range of motion twist your arm so you end up as a regular curl.

Doing super-heavy negatives with this technique works aswell.

This has been proven to utilise 110.3% of the muscle fibers in each bicep because of the unusual movement it creates.

I do about 3 sets of 23 reps every session with light weights for these, and i have excellent peaks, they even have snow on the top.

    Now thats QUALITY muscle.

Just fucking great... Now some moron is going to think that douching has something to do with getting peaks on their biceps.
