I actually had this problem when I started liftin a couple of years ago, i saw such a quick development of my chest that I was excited to work it out each session. I was tempted to work out my chest 2 times a week for learned to control it after I saw that I was over training. UMMM in your case a shrink migth be needed![]()

Can't say I've spoken allowed to my muscle. I can say this, I've learned to tell myself that I am going to work hard and do my best. I stick to form and the muscles will burn, if the form is good you will burn. I sometimes repeat that to myself, but thats about all the talking I do.
I do my best to focus on the task at hand, and give 100% in what I'm doing at the time. Nothing else matters except the task at hand.
