Absolutely phenomenal.
This is a repost of progress made by John Stone in 13 pic's taken over a four year period. Looks like he made good use of those four years.
Here is the before and after from January 6, 2003 through April 1, 2007. It's followed by the full transformation.
John Stone says " By the way, I'm standing with my arms out to reveal my lats so I can gauge their development. I don't stand that way normally."

Absolutely phenomenal.
"in the howling bleeding nights, the dogs plunge into the Volga and swim desperately to gain the other bank. The nights of Stalingrad are a terror for them. Animals flee this hell; the hardest stones cannot bear it for long; only men endure."
Whoa, thats quite a dramatic change isnt it.
Wow, did a fine job. One hell of a work ethic there.
I do my best to focus on the task at hand, and give 100% in what I'm doing at the time. Nothing else matters except the task at hand.
Thats superb - I gotta ask - what did he do differently from Sep 05 to March 06 to prompt that sort of growth - it looks like a distinct change during that period?
I'm 34 - when am I officially an old fart?
Before and after went again. Here it is again.

holy shit ... gotta give him props
wow - with those pics he could endorse BBing products! brilliant work.
I love it when a plan comes together.
I like the way you can see the bulking and cutting phases. Good post.

noice!
The time frame is more realistic than what most product endorsements try to promote as well.
yes and no... his first cut was pretty fawked up. He was existing on something like 1000 cals per day so the fat melted off but so did most of his muscle. He's had to claw back every ounce. That's what it looks like when you properly cut/bulk.
Good progress but he has some imbalances...notably hamstring (compared with quads) and rear delts.
Something looks strange or off here as well (could be posture):

Paul Anderson
Wow, losing that weight also made him lose all his chest and leg hair
im not sure if anyone noticed the progression of tan and hair shaving.
also he went from boxers with cartoons on them to boxer-briefs...
im very detail oriented
"When i was 15 years old, i took all of my clothes off and looked in the mirror. When i stared at myself naked, I realized that to be perfectly proportioned I would need 20 inch arms to match the rest of me." -Arnold
Amazing! Nice work!
Really cool.. does he have stats included for each month? That would be interesting to follow as well.

He gives measurements and supplements used too.
