    Leg Workouts

Okay so I am clearly right side dominant in every asbect of my body(strenght and a little size). When I get to the bottom of my squat form It feels like my right quad doesn't stretch as much or something and when I look in the mirror it feels like my right side doesn't go as low but I feel more of the workload on my right side. When I am done I can cleary feel like my right side did more work. Is this because I favor my right side when fatigue sets in? Is there anyway to adjust my form/footwork so I can help my left side develope?

doing lunges with doubles on the weaker leg.
Obviously single leg squats should be in there somewhere too.

If it's a flexibility issue start using myofascial release
