Are you new to weight training?
So many cries of inequality stem from one of group
of people doing little or nothing and then bitching
about another group that actually does something
    to improve their lives.

I would do and upper/lower alternating routine 3-4 days of the week. Sets would be 2-4 and reps would be 6-12. Two exercises that i wanted to improve the most strength wise would be 3x3. I would worry about my diet the most though. No failure stop 1-2 reps shy of muscular failure.
How many calories are you taking in a day? breakdown of the macronutrients?

Shit 30-35 mins of hit! I hit shouldn't last longer than 20 mins you shouldn't be able to keep it up past that point.
