    Summer Time Arms

    Arms do not make the man, but come summer they're always everyones favorite body part to show off at the beach. With that in mind, Jimmy Smith presents an 8 week arm program utilizing heavy weights and low reps. Give this routine a try if you want some strength to back up a pair of big guns.

    One thing I did see that I haven't done in a while was hammer curls. God I miss those. May work them in next pull day.

    Maybe it's just me but...the idea of "summer time arms" sounds ridiculous. It's like you'd build up your arms before summer, and then let them go to shit afterward.

    So many cries of inequality stem from one of group
    of people doing little or nothing and then bitching
    about another group that actually does something
    to improve their lives.

    What good are "big" arms if your chest, shoulders, back and legs( Hi, Mr. Stork) are small?

    I think a big strong chest is more like it...........in fact the total package is more impressive.

    I laugh when I see guys flexing thier arms and at the same time have toothpicks for legs.

    You want the girls to look at you at the beach.....get your legs big and your ass tight and you'll have all the guys and girls on you.
