    Revamping

Hi, it's my first post, but I've read a bit so decided to go ahead and dive right in.

I'm 17 years old, and the following our my stats including goals and questions. All advice is valued, a dumb question is one unasked.

    Height: 6'4
    Weight: 275
Training Exp: Roughly 4-5 years constant.
Lifts ( to give any idea of core strength and over all strength )

    BP: 305
    Squat ( parallel ): 405 ( no problems with core & back )
ATG: 335 ( perhaps more but haven't tried more, have done more form work )
    Dead: 350 ( sumo )

To give an idea of conditioning.

Mile: 9:20 ( bad, yes I know thank you. )
    40 yard dash: 5.9 ( when I was about 265 )
This reflects badly on me, but I'm kind of a work horse. I have a lot of stamina and willpower when it comes to getting into the nitty gritty.

Activities: Football ( entering senior year ), Power lifting, Shoot Boxing, Wrestling

I only lift, and play ball in school, but I'm a crazed UFC, Pride, fan and want to begin BJJ, but I'm worried about weight restraints etc. Although I've been told I'm deceptively quick for my size on the ground, but beyond that.

Goals: Drop weight, fat really, but I want to try and maintain as much muscle as possible. Obviously I'm looking at something that's nie impossible, but I have too try right? So anyhow I'm just looking for a way to improve foot speed, and agility. I do plyo work pretty often, but I've recently taken a lay off from training due to personal life etc. I want too start getting back in shape, which for is me football shape, short burst energy and power, but endurance hast to come full circle. Honestly, I've always excelled in football. Mainly through my determination on the field, and my physical gifts, but I need to apply that kind of will power to my training. So basically, give me some help! My diet is order, but I want some opinions on training.

    5x5?
    Push/Pull/Legs?
    Split?
    Full-body?

I've read most of what the site has to offer, but I'm not your typical 270 lb fat ass etc. I mean obviously I've got the weight to lose, but I feel I have a really strong base to work off of, and I'm not afraid of sweating. I'm not your a-typical case anyway you see it so I need advice! Something to put that touch in my step, and power behind the drive. Long post I know, thanks for reading!
