Hi my name is emil and i am 17 years old and i have just started weight training. I purchased a weider home gym for $400 dollers and I am ready to get in shape! I was just wondering if anyone had any tips for a teen new to body building. any suggestions on supplements, how long to train, how often to train, and what kinds of food to eat would be greatly appreciated. I'm just tryin to see what worked for everyone else. Thanks for the help!

1. You should have spent that $400 dollars and purchased a year pass to a gym. The home gym machines just don't cut it these days, even weider stuff.

2. Check out the stickies at the top of the Training section. They are extremely helpful.

3. Nobody is going to just lay the foundation and give you everything you need to know. It's up to you to read, write, and then ask questions accordingly.
