    pulled hamstring

I pulled my hamstring doing sprint work. Its minor but in the past Ive aggrevated a minor pulled hamstring into a more seriously pulled one by continuing to run on it. Does anyone know if i can return to my leg workout this week though? Ill be taking at least a week off from the sprints.

    I wouldnt risk it.
Some injuries are unpredictbale, I'd get an "ok" from the doctor first

Depending on the grade of the strain, you should take 2-3 weeks off heavy lower body work. After about 3-4 days, if it is a grade 1 strain, you can probably do light rehab stuff. Grade 2 is a tear and you should stay off it for 3 or so days, starting rehab work after about a week.
If sense were common, everyone would have it.
