I agree.
No reason to do them behind the neck.

Pretty much every exercise has an element of risk, but that exercise crosses over into foolhardy. You're putting your shoulder it a very awkward position and then straining it with weights.
There are plenty of viable alternatives.
So many cries of inequality stem from one of group
of people doing little or nothing and then bitching
about another group that actually does something
to improve their lives.
