First i just lifted a certain weight. Just try out something you KNOW you can do for say, 8 reps, and increase it untill it feels just hard enough for you to do 8 or 9 without failing.

Use this as your 8 Rep Maximum, and work out the others from there.

I just progressively increase the weight. Every program i do ill choose a few exercises im feeling particularly strong on and go for personal records with them, thus increasing the weight i do them with from that point on.

I just want you to know that you've filled that void that we've all been feeling since Kenwood was banned.

I'd hope that this isn't true. If you're really working at it, you'll have a lot more questions.

This will be less of a problem as you get older and more experienced.

Hey, I went over and saw her ass and then came back here and replied.

You're just getting old and slow.

Wow - i forgot about Kenwood. What happened to him?

Also, Danny, after a session or 2, you should have a good grasp of what weights you can do to achieve the desired no. of reps. If not, it means you aren't pushing it.
I love it when a plan comes together.
