I am a kick boxer ...i've been injured and stopped training and diet about 2 months ago ...now i'm nearly back so i'll start a cutting plan so please i need your opinions ...

seated rows x 4
deadlifts x 4-5
leg curlsx 3

*shoulders/triceps

seated military x4
lat. raises x4
arnold press x3
bbshrugs x3
skull crushersx3
pushdownsx3

*home workout
pushups/pullups
biceps curls x 4
hammer curls x 2
reverse culs
wrist curls (over hand and under hand)


what do you think??
