You can't say because it's an individual thing just like basal metabolism.
Ok Im not sure if this question has an answer as there's probably so many factors that play into answering it but lets say someone is 200lbs 20%bf and than another person is 200lbs 10%bf, on avg how much more cals would the 10% bf individual burn in a day if both people did nothing? As in is there a set avg. amount that people burn at 10%bf as oppose to 20%? One more question does the ratios of cals burned at certain bf percentages all equal? As in if someone weighs 200lbs at 30% bf than drops to 20% but remains at 200lbs thats a ten percent drop in bodyfat so does that 10% lost equal the same amount of cals burned if that same person was to drop another 10%(20-10%) but stay at 200lbs?? lol i kinda confused myself with the wording so ill try and give u an example of what im saying. ex. persons 200lbs at 30% burns 250cals a day than at 200lbs hes 20% bf and burns 500cals a day than if he remains 200lbs and goes too 10% body fat would that 10% loss again equal another 250cals? or would dropping from different bf percentages equal varing amounts of cals lost? lol sorry if I didnt write my thoughts out as clearly as I think I did.

The amount of cals your body burns in a rested state.
So Ronnie Coleman burns more calories when sitting on the couch than I do.![]()
