hey does anybody incorporate x-reps into their routine?
is it actually 100% that x-rep training shows gains? i'v done some reading and the theory sounds ok.
any thoughts would be great.

Im not a bid fan of x-reps.
Id much rather do full ROM at a much slower tempo *shrugs*.
