Please critique my work out routine.

Please look in my gallery at the pictures of my workout record sheets and tell me what you think of my routine... Hopefully they are clear enough. Any advise is appriciated.

I am wanting to start a P/RR/S routine while on a cut.

Looked at your sheets. After you work this routine a few cycles you will adjust to fit you better. My suggestions:

    shock-
Drop the cable front raises (incline hits these)
change the order - do front squats then leg extensions (compound befor iso here)

    RR-
    Hack Sq rr 6-8
    SLDL rr 8-10
    WG Cable Row rr 6-8
    DB row rr 11-13
    pullover rr 12-15
drop shrugs (SLDLs hit traps fairly well)
Drop cable curls (or drop preacher curls - 4 sets is enough)
    pushdowns rr 6-8

    PWR
    wide grip upright rows
drop leg extensions and shrugs and wrist curls. Hammer curls hit the forearms, deadlifts hit the traps and heavy leg extensions can cause knee issues.
If you always have a great day, you will always have a great life.

Thanks for the input, I will incorperate alot of this... it all makes since. So it mainly sounds like I would be overtraining in some areas with the original plan. Appriciate the help.
