OK i just recently got a nintendo wii while playing you need to wave your arms around. after i stopped playing my elbow was hurting but not the actual elbow but the muscle part on the other side.
This was yesterday and now today i was working out started with some press-ups followed by curls no problem everything is fine. moved to do a set of front raise and ouch i cant do it. As i lift my arm my elbow hurts like hell. And yes i do bend my elbow not keeping my arm locked... Anyone? Thanks. |

Tennis Elbow
Obstacles don't have to stop you. If you run into a wall, don't turn around and give up. Figure out how to climb it, go through it, or work around it.

Ice it, use some ibuprofin if needed, and rest it.
btw, in past threads I so called overuse injuries from the Wii to start popping out. *pats self on back* |
