    DB benchpress

    should i touch the two dumbells at the top of the motion or just put them straight up?

    keep them straigh, i dunno how you could touch together 80-90lbs db's together without losing balance(sp?)

    Pressing them together at the top of the movement is just working through inertia. Barely any resistance thus no reason to do it.

    chill out. i did go to a website and it showed it getting pushed together and another showed that you didnt.
