Thats a fantastic entry! Thank you, it clears things up well. I have always wondered that and figured once people get to the point they know enough they will probably be on their way. And I like how you still answer emails from them even though they are no longer clients, but more like friends at this point. Thanks P.

yes, exactly! A good trainer should be able to graduate their clients.

Here is the set up I have at my facility for graduates......they train for a time, get proficient and feel confident and then pay a monthly fee to just train at the facility on their own. With that, they get 1 training session a month so that we can work on something new and talk about their program for the next 4 weeks. I change the variables for them, etc....but they are indpendant to train on their own. It works out great because, they don't need to have a trainer for ever, they still train at my gym (so I continue to make a living) and they love it because they have me there to ask a million questions to when they need too. Otherwise, they are going to end up going to some shit house like Lifetime Fitness and have no access to someone who is going to answer their questions or help them out and they will end up paying more money to train there than they will at my place.

I average about 60hrs/wk at work! I still have time to lift and get plenty of sleep. You just have to get your priorities in line. I know it is hard to do when your 15 though. Keep up the good work and get the rest and nutrition you need.
