Well, at least your thinking you might be doing too MANY instead of too FEW.
At 150lbs, you probably could overtrain by wiping your ass...lol, (kidding), but in all reality, I wouldnt recommend anymore than 3-7 exercises PER bodypart, and making sure you are either increasing the weight, the reps or the time under tension each session.
And at 150lbs, its also obvious you are going to need to eat like its going out of style. :|
