    Gym Equipments.

    Hiya.

I know i made this thread before. I think. But its been a really long time since I been here again so I am gonna kindly ask again.

Im planning to buy some weights and other equipments for home for days i miss my workouts because of work.

My budget is i guess about $500 maybe a little less. So here is what I'd like to buy (And any addition is accepted )
    3 Pairs of weight
    A bench
One of those gym balls (lol forgot what they are called)

Im not sure what else to add to it right now. I dont really know where to purchase these. Well the world-biggest mall a couple mins away from my house has some neat stuff but they are really expensive. Anyone can give me any ideas what exactly to buy and where to buy it from maybe.

    -Thanks.

I have a bench at my house that is also a squat rack if you rotate the levers that hold the bar up. It's sweet. I would also get some dumbells since you can do so many different lifts with them. The problem is that you need a lot of different weights with dumbells but they do have db sets that you can adjust the weight with.

Olypmpic weights (300# york is cheap)
Adgustable bench that you can use to bench press when set up inside your squat rack
    Squat rack

Some adjustable db's are nice but get the other stuff first

Why? I have seen squat racks with oly sets and a bench for under $500 on Craigs list. Heck even a new Oly set is just over $100. With $500 he should be able to get a good start and fill in later with more Dumbells or additional wts. Lots of the stuff I see has curl bars and other stuff thrown in with it. I did a quick search for my area of Sacramento CA

Like here Olymic weight bench and weights for sale or here weight set or here HOME GYM * WEIGHT SET* SMITH MACHINE * PROFESSIONAL* REDUCED * or here Olympic weight set orer here serious steel weight set with 300pounds. 600 o.b.o or here Parabody Olympic Weight bench Many Attacments (Serious Steel Line)
