Hi, what the problem is, is that i am using creatine bombs from nutrisport and i was wondering to i still only train 3 times per week due to being on the creatine. The creatine bombs are 1000mg and I take 4 after every workout, i am just confused over the matter because creatine increases muscle ATP so I have been thinking that my muscles do not need a rest as a result of this. could you please email me back as soon as you can as it would be a great help to me and clear up much confusion, oh and when i do a work out it consists of 25mins cardio work on a cross trainer and 45 mins training for one muscle at 5 exercises with 5 sets and 10 reps. then the same for another muscle.
