it is funny but anyone here who trains at home has done something equally stupid, we just didnt film it and put it on the internet.

I am a firm believer that if i had some safety catch apparatus that I would be able to lift heavier. I don't have this luxury so i think I limit myself from hitting my true potential. At least this idiot is trying.

This place by my house sells something like this....its a free bar on a a couple cables...when you let go of the bar it won't move down anymore....so if you got in trouble you would just take a hand off the bar and it would stay there....its real cool....I want it for benching...but its way expensive and I never seen one at a real gym....its for the rich kids or something.

Or you can just use sawhorses.
