Something like this:
Workout1-Pick 1 stab. and 1 strength
Workout2-Pick 1 Strength and 1 Rotaional
Workout3-Pick 1 Stab. and 1 Rotaional
That would workout ok. I like to superset them as well.
alright i'll have to look them up unless you have a link. would i do all that ebfore my workout?(i dont mean the exercises i mean Stabilization, Strength, Rotaional). or since i'm doing push/legs/pull can i do Stabilization on push, Strength on legs and Rotaional on pull? or do all 3 stuff before all 3 workouts?
