I like working out my shoulders. My reps and sets are usually pretty high.
    I typically do
    -single arm lat raises
    - back flyes
    - Dumbell Rear Delt Row
    Power Cleans
    - Dumbell Over head press (standing)
    - Military press

i warm up with 2 sets of 20-25 seated db shoulder presses.
I then go into 3 sets of the most grueling superset routine youll ever do. Is as follows:
take 2 15lb dumbells and do the following (standing)
15-20 reps of lateral raises STRAIGHT INTO
    15-20 reps of front raises
15-20 reps of standing db shoulder presses
    15-20 reps upright rows
15-20 reps bent over rear delt raises

I DO NOT REST BETWEEN EACH SET... NO REST !

I then proceed to do 2 exercises for each delt head, 4 sets of each exercise. and I just had 2 left shoulder surgeries 4 months ago!! GGGRRRRAAAAHHHHHHH

Let me know if any of you dare try this and tell me u didnt get the most incredible pump youve ever had.

I dont see why i need to prove myself?? a picutre doesnt prove shit. There's a figure skater who weighs 109lbs and can leg press 4 times her body weight.

Right now, I only do one set of Upright Rows for my shoulders every other workout. Other than that, it's all from big compound movements.
So many cries of inequality stem from one of group
of people doing little or nothing and then bitching
about another group that actually does something
    to improve their lives.

if you are still talking about having a "shoulder routine", then you probably don't know much about biomechanics and how the shoulder actually works.
