I train for sets and reps. If I get a pump before I have hit my set/reps I keep on going. Some muscle groups are hard for me to get a pump (back as an example). Most others I get a pump befor my WO is done. Bis/quads/calfs are easy for me to get a pump after the first 2 sets; Tris, delts and pecs are a little harder but by the 3rd or 4th set I have a fairly good pump.
