I need your opinion, Im at a point where I can choose whatever lifting routine I want, but Im looking for something that will give me good results pretty consitantly, but also something that I can do long-term, Im not looking to get huge or anything, a little mass would be alright, but im concentrating on fat loss right now. Ive checked out Tom Venuto's Intermediate program (I have been lifting for about 3 years now btw) and it looks like I could do it long term, but it also looks like lots of people are seeing results with P/RR/S, which one would be best for me?
