Question Minor arm pain and doing push day?

Hey guys, I fear the answer to this question.

I've been throwing the football alot the past 2 days with some buds and Durring one paticularly badass long bomb my elbow hurt and it bugged the shit out of me. I kept throwing really short lobs just to stay in.
Assuming it would go away by today.. it still aches... very minorly

Should I skip out on my push day today?

I would, sounds like some tendinitis. Just some overuse.

Yeah, get some rest. Ice it, take some anti-inflammatories if necessary.

not trying to be mean or anything but it sounds like your just trying to puss out on legs. just do them and dont worry about it. your arm will be fine when you are doing legs.
