Full body warm up or just certain parts.

Since i started working out, on days that Im doing Chest/Shoulders/Biceps I only warm up the parts getting worked on like chest and stuff so I don't worry about the triceps or my legs or back.
Is that alright to do so? or should I warm up everything. And yes, I have a 5min run for warm up, don't know if that warms up the legs.
    What do you guys think.
Im not a drug dealer, im a street pharmacist!

You are prolly just fine. The purpose to warming up is to bring the core temp up, stretch the muscles and to ensure plenty of bloodflow in the muscles and joints involved in your upcomming exercises. The 5 min run gets most of the body temp up (you should break a sweat), then you are focusing on the joints and muscles to be worked. The only thing you may want to consiser is adding some stretching work for those areas targeted for you WO.
If you always have a great day, you will always have a great life.

I'd do dynamic stretching for your entire upper body and possibly 2-3mins of jogging.
