    Question About Muesel Vs Fat

    When i Lift, dose fat burn off then musel is gained??
    or dose Fat turn to musel????
    or can someone help me understand how it works, becuase i just began weight lifting and i have a few extra pounds id like to see go off as well,
    so will lifting lose these pounds of fat and gain to musel.

    and what is a good way to do this. help is appreciated thx

    Fat cannot be converted to muscle. You must burn fat and that is done by your workout or Cardio. Also consider reading abit in the diet & nutrition forum
