    Carb cycling, meals and q's. Experts?

    Hi im currently on my carb cyclin diet.

    1. Can anyone give me some set meals that are nice but conform to this diet?

    2. I was on a no carb day, but was feeling tired and weak, i had a peice of wholemeal bread is this really that bad?

    3. This diet does not promote any muscle growth what so ever?

    Don't double post. And this one doesn't even belong here.
    So many cries of inequality stem from one of group
    of people doing little or nothing and then bitching
    about another group that actually does something
