    Uneven Chest HELP!!!!!!!!!!!

    Hi
I am new to this forum and to body building. I have been weight training for about 6 months now. I have noticed that my Chest is only developing from the left and right, not the middle. Basically it looks like I have got breasts. It is very embarrassing and I need help desparately. I am obviously doing something wrong. I would really appreciate any help. My routine is listed below. I have been using the same routine for 6 months.

    Monday, Wednesday, Friday

    Chest - Bench Press 3 x 10, Incline Bench Press 3 x 10. Dumbell Flyes 3 x 10
    Abs (3 Second Abs) 3 x 10

    Tuesday, Thursday, Saturday
    Legs - Squats 3 x 10
    Arms - Barbell Curls 3 x 10

first read the stickies ..you are training your chest and arms only but you need to work every part in your body , also lifting weight doesn't change the shape of your muscles , it just make them get bigger and grow , but when your body fat percentage gets lower your muscles gets more defined and you look more like a body builder,so my advice to you is ...

1-read the training stickies buy cowpimp and p-funk they are the moderators here and they'll help you .

    Designing training routines by Cowpimp

    Training 101

also visit this site to know how every exercise is performed ExRx (Exercise Prescription) on the Net.

2-read the stickies in the diet forum and make a cutting diet to lose fat and then your muscles will get more defined and you won't look as if you have breasts .http://www.ironmagazineforums.com/di...%2A%2A%2A.html

3-after you make youself a good program stick to it and use FitDay - Free Weight Loss and Diet Journal to track your daily calories untill you reach your goals.
