since you are already lean switch to weighted exercises. doing high reps for abs does nothing for hypertrophy. weighted or not there is really no reason to do more than 15-20 reps at a time for ab training.
When you do you abs, I am already lean, I am trying to get them to show a little better, Should I do them with more weight for less reps, or just stick with unweighted for many reps. But I hate that becasue I can do like 75 really good slow crunches before I start feeling the burn, so my workouts would take forever.

I train differently than most, my beef is with gravity the weights on the bar are just the medium...Thanks to Wall Street your slice of the American Pie has been reduced to a crumb.
Hey LAM thanks for the reply, so do you think i should go as heavy as I can, with good form of course, for 15-20 or just added weight?

I wouldn't start out as heavy as you can. as you will see your abs will most likely be sore as I'm sure they rarely get that way now. add weight slowly to your ab exercises with the exception of oblique training, no weights needed there.
