hows it sound.....i have made some very good gains from when i started and im really starting to see more definition so im happy w/ it![]()

I train differently than most, my beef is with gravity the weights on the bar are just the medium...Thanks to Wall Street your slice of the American Pie has been reduced to a crumb.

Well, remember that the kid is only 15. 130 pounds is alright for a 15 year old if he is keeping it in the 8-12 rep range. Have to watch your bones and stuff at that age...hence, no 1 rep max or the likes.

Sounds like your in pretty good shape, when I was in "good shape" I was 178 pounds and could bench 265.
