p/rr/s for cutting or no
Just trying to cut another 5 lbs. or so for summer and wondering if I can switch to this program or save it for a bulking cycle. Currently I'm doing two body parts a day 2-3 exercises, 3 sets @ 8-10 reps. Hitting everything once a week. Im starting to crank up the cardio and I'm not sure how to change my program for summer. I only have 3-4 days to lift per week, was thinking maybe upper/lower/upper week 1, lower/upper/lower week 2, or something along those lines so I can hit everything 3 times every two weeks.....5'9" and 177lbs., BF about 15%.

I would say keep your lifting on the same schedule so you don't have akward flow changes when you go between bulking cutting and maintenance.
You will be a bit weaker because of the caloric restriction but that doesn't mean you should change your routine. |

I agree. If you want to increase the intensity, you can cut your rest intervals down from the suggested ones. It will take your body a few weeks to adjust to the shorter rest, but it will increase the intensity. And with the extra time, you can sneak in a few extra sets of you want.

I used the P/RR/S while I was cutting awhile ago, its actually really good. I looked in pretty good shape for cutting. Its all diet, P/RR/S is good for anything,

I think it would be fine for a cut. As many saw, what builds muscle also maintains muscle. You may consider posting in Gopro's thread in case he has any specific suggestions for alterations to the program while on a cut.
